It’s Raymond!!! And harvey but we’re supposed to be focusing on raymond.
Raymond is the unofficial leader of the group of anti-cops solely because he is very aggressive and funds basically everything. He comes from a VERY rich family, and decided to put his money to good use.
Despite his work to try and mkae things better for people (getting rid of corrupt cops), he is REALLY not a good person.
He’s very manipulative to another oc who doesn’t have a name yet, but she’s just the target for everything cause she (in his eyes) needs to toughen up.

Well, he’s manipulative in general lmao, he often flip flops between what he wants with Harvey. One moment he’s laying in bed with Harvey and talking about running away together and getting married in secret and using Raymond’s money to buy a house and live happily ever after the end! Then the next he’s telling Harvey to kill himself cause he must’ve done something to Raymond to make him gay!! Obviously!!! Maybe!!!!
I just like the thinking of characters who are assholes, and make bad decisions despite what they actually want. Like Raymond wants Harvey alive so they can be in love and stuff, but he shoots him at the end. Complicated feelings all around
Alright, since i did it for Harvey, doing it for Raymond. Here’s some quick facts about him!
-His favorite color’s blue. Not just because Harvey’s eyes are blue, but also because he associates it with his late grandpa who was also gay. He usually just says because he prefers cool toned colors though.
-He has a fatal disease that allows him to ‘see’ the other side. Y’know, what’s after death and all that. Plays a HUGE role in his mood swings and views on morality and crap. He’s gonna die anyway, may as well die without a filter (i’ll go more in depth with this disease in a different post)
-HATES Harvey’s situationship. Not himself but the girl mentioned in Harvey’s post. It’s mostly jealousy and envy that she can love Harvey, but Raymond can’t, but also cause he caught her smooching a girl once.
-He actually hates basically everyone in his little group. The only reason he keeps them around is because they’re willing to do things he isn’t. Like murdering the cops, torturing them, going to riots, all the dirty work.
-I said it in Harvey’s post im pretty sure, but i’ll say it again. They are basically Casual by Chappell Roan but boys.
After Harvey’s shot, Raymond obviously goes to jail for a while. Only for shooting Harvey though, not cause of his side thing (killing cops), nobody ever finds out about that. Raymond and Harvey, obviously, never reconnect in adulthood. Harvey goes off to some other country, meets a nice guy, and settles down in his dream world. Raymond forces himself to marry some random woman he knows he doesn’t love, and wonders if he’d ever see Harvey again. His illness inevitably kills him.
Okay that’s enough 😋😋 oh, one final thing before i forget. Raymond does not have a nickname :(( He’s a killjoy. Anytime the group tries to come up with a nickname for him he shuts it down IMMEDIATELY. Then he gets pissy and starts yelling and blah nlah blah.
