If I ever write God in my stories (probably NGC or some original work idk). I'm making him a complete self arrogant asshole or a guy who only made us because he was bored and wanted to watch some entertainment. Because let's be honest when I think about the Bible I think that God is completely evil. Like there's just something off about everything about him and Jesus that makes me not trust them. And it would make sense if God was just like a jerk towards Solomon or Melissa because they're "not pure enough" or "don't believe in him"

I know there are a lot of complaints about how Shadow was handled in Sonic Boom.

Don’t blame the writers, blame SEGA.

As you know, SEGA had many mandates for the character at the time. When it came to the TV show, that was true as well. Shadow, along with the rest of the game cast, were not allowed to touch on their backstories. And so much of Shadow is revolved around Maria, but they couldn’t use that.

But that doesn’t mean they didn’t try.

Alan Denton and Greg Hahn came up with many, many pitches for Shadow, and why he would face off with Sonic. And a lot of them were turned down for the same reason. “Shadow wouldn’t care. Shadow doesn’t care.” They even tried pitching Shadow would fight Sonic because he believed the latter would do something to destroy the universe. Even that was turned down by SEGA. In the end, going after his pride became the motivation. That’s why Shadow was used so little, because there were so many restrictions, as with all game cast aside from the main characters.
