My Security Breach AUs over the years.
I think I will announce several of my FNAF Security Breach stories to the world. None of them are thought out, but that's okay. This will be just an overview of three of them! Thanks to @glamrockmike for making me think of this at 2 AM!
GOLDEN PLUSHIES AU:
This first one is rather simple. It follows my favorite fanfic premise. It is my take on a "saving the Glamrocks AU".
In this, the corruption of each animatronic is attached to a golden plush of the character. The story starts with Freddy and Gregory finding Freddy's golden plush. After that their mission is clear.
They need to recover all plushies and throw them into the incinerator. However, each plush is hidden behind gates or other obstacles. They need the upgrades for accessing those areas.
Freddy and Gregory basically knock out the animatronics. They exchange that part with Freddy's. So the Glamrocks are fine. Chica gets Freddy's voicebox etc. The hostile Glamrocks are locked in cages in parts and service after Freddy has the upgrade.
As the incinerator is not on, the corruption is still there after the plush gets thrown in. So, as Freddy gets more upgrades, he gets more corrupted.
Until, all six plushies are in the trash. The four golden Glamrocks plus Retro Bonnie plush (Vanessa/ Vanny) and Nightmare Marionette plush (Glitchtrap).
Freddy turns on Gregory and frees all the others from cages. The final act is Gregory remembering what he has learned to escape the fully upgraded Freddy and his friends. Gregory makes the final run for the generators to turn on the incinerator.
The plushies burn and everyone joins again. A happy ending for everyone.
NORMAL ANIMATRONICS AU:
This AU is really bits and pieces. It all started from my idea (back before the game csme out) that the Glamrocks might not be corrupted at all.
The story starts with a bit about a purple-eyed Glamrock Chica helping Vanny to murder a boy.
The story is just Security Breach. Gregory avoids the animatronics with Freddy and Vanessa while occassionally runs into Vanny or the hostile Glamrocks.
The other part of the story follows the Glamrocks themselves as they hunt Gregory down (because Vanessa told them to).
Chica realizes that something is not right. Roxy seems off sometimes. Monty is sometimes walking around like in a trance, but can't remember anything when Chica sees him again later. But her suspicions culminate in her finding video footage of the incident from the start. She can't believe her eyes.
At some point in a dramatic moment, Gregory is running away from " the omnipresent" Chica when he gets cornered. Then Chica runs into the room as Gregory is being choked by the sadistic purple-eyed Chica. Gregory looks at the two of them, realizing the truth.
There have been two Chicas this whole time. One pink-eyed (good and kind) and one purple-eyed (evil and sadistic). Afterwards, things start to unravel.
Chica has an evil clone as does Monty. Roxy is corrupted and has to be purged of the virus.
The fake Monty seems to be resisting whereas the fake Chica enjoys being wicked. So, Gregory and all the Glamrocks purge the fake Monty too. That is when the fake Monty is revealed to be Glamrock Bonnie in a Monty shell. Going forward, this character is known as "Bonnie" despite having a shell of an alligator.
Vanessa is also corrupted and gets saved by the group.
MICHAEL'S REVENGE AU:
This is quite recent. It follows the heroes Gregory and Cassie who get chased by Vanny at the Pizzaplex before being "saved" by Glamrock Freddy and Glamrock Bonnie. They escape after finding out that Glamrock Freddy (who demands to be called Michael) plans to murder them too. They soon meet the real Glamrock band who promise to protect them. They face the evil Glamrock Freddy and Bonnie as well as shattared versions of the Glamrocks who this evil Freddy seems to control. And Vanny with her ability to temporarily corrupt even the good Glamrocks.
Gregory and Cassie are good kids despite Gregory being much more ruthless than his companion.
The Glamrock band: They are the actual band of the Pizzaplex and serve as both allies and temporal antagonists when Vanny shows up.
The shattared Glamrocks: They are mindless robots who seem to be former versions of the current band. They have been reactivated by Michael.
Michael (Glamrock Freddy): He is a special model of Freddy that Michael Afton transferred his essence into in order fight his father, Burntrap. He and his ally, Bonnie, have hunted down and murdered 7 kids already before the story starts. He needs the essences of 9 in total (Gregory and Cassie meant to be the last two needed). He is fully upgraded with the special parts of each glamrock animatronic. He is powerful and determined. He is an antagonist despite having a noble goal and motives. He has a strict "If I must become a monster to defeat a monster, so be it" attitude. He has some scary similarities with young Gregory, he finds out.
Glamrock Bonnie: A former member of the current band who got decommissioned, but was saved by Michael before his CPU suffered too much damage. He had a love relationship with the current Glamrock Freddy, which makes encounters with him dramatic moments. He helps Michael out of loyalty despite hating seeing kids hurt. He is emotionally broken after helping hunt down kids for Michael. But he tries to remember that by destroying Burntrap, they will save hundreds of other kids. He has a special room in the basement that he has turned into a shrine for the 7 already dead children. He even ends up saving Gregory and Cassie several times from Vanny's games.
Burntrap: Vanny's boss and Michael's father. He is the mastermind behind Vanny's games. He is sadistic and takes joy in the suffering of others. He can corrupt any machine no matter if it has remnant or not. (Michael thinks that by empowering himself with the souls of 9 innocents, he will gain the ability to resist Burntrap's control)
BONUS: SECURITY BREACH QUADRUPLED 0.5:
As a bonus, I will mention that before Security Breach Quadrupled turned into what it is, I had another idea.
It is a comedic story that isn't trying to be toi serious. The four children: Gregory, Helen, Evan and Samantha still end up in the Pizzaplex.
They never meet each other and end up with different animatronics. Each child has a goal. Evan for example, tries to find his friend, Jack. (He is not related to Samantha in this one).
Each animatronic finds out there is an alert for missing children. Each couple decides independently to find the other kids.
But unfortunately, each animatronic and child thinks the other Glamrocks would bring the kids to Vanessa and would never understand.
So each couple thinks the other animatronics are evil and that the other children are hiding somewhere, frightened. Sometimes the Glamrocks are all summoned to boring and pointless "meetings" by Vanessa. Since, the animatronics don't wish to be discovered as " the only good one", they act like they are all just trying to find the kids like Vanessa told them to. Without realizing that they all are in contact with one of the kids. Whenever a kid encounters a different animatronic than their guardian, they run away. Hence why nobody's plan " to rescue the other kids" never works.
Gregory still tries to decommission the Glamrocks. Gregory starts with Monty...succeeding. In my previous post reacting to @germsgosquirming, I actually wrote a bit from when Evan is dragging a shattared Monty around the Pizzaplex.

He almost destroys Chica, but gets stopped by Helen.
They all realize they are on the same side eventually and take down Vanessa and Burntrap (who actually IS a robot in a wheelchair in this one).
I shall add one more! @phrogggslayer reminded me of this while we chatted in Ao3.
THE BANISHED RETURN AU:
It starts with three glamrock animatronics. Bonnie, Foxy and Ballora.

They have three kids with them.
Bruno: A 9-year-old street kid who found Glamrock Bonnie from an alley where Vanny had left him to die. Bruno fixed him and they developed a fatherly bond. Bonnie calls him "Cyberstar".
Tony: The protagonist from GGY whose best friend Gregory betrayed him after he got too close to the truth about the animatronics and the Mimic/ Malhare. Tony lost his arm and leg in the fight against the Glamrocks and Gregory, but got saved by Foxy due to tiny changes to the canon GGY story. Foxy and Tony escaped the Pizzaplex by stealing a company van. They live together too. Foxy calls him "Lad" or "Matey". Tony never mentions his parents.......
Clara: 15 years old. Her father worked on some glamrock animatronics, but vanished. Only the unfinished Glamrock Ballora remained. Clara finished her and they ended up on the streets. It is her who tracked down Bonnie and Foxy. She is the one who got these three Glamrock-child pairs to join forces.
The three animatronics and their kids live by begging and stealing. Tony's missing limbs are replaced by prosthetics built by Bruno.
But one day......Tony gets a strange message that begs him to come to the pizzaplex and help....signed by Dr. Rabbit, Gregory's nickname. Tony is of course insulted that the person who tried to murder him now asks for help.
But Clara has other plans. The message contains a video of Gregory, Freddy's head and Cassie. Due to their fathers being best friends, Clara and Cassie know each other.
It is only Clara who manages to convince the others to come. Tony has to face his past. Bonnie and Foxy have to return to where they PROMISED they would never go back to.
Meanwhile, Cassie fell in that elevator after Ruin as a trap for Gregory. He returned with Freddy's head. But got trapped too. The Dr. Rabbit persona/ Evil Helpy is working with the Mimic to get inside Gregory again.
Can the three orphans and their glamrocks rescue Gregory and Cassie before it is too late?
