...Zelda's family crest is embroidered onto the sailcloth she gives Link.

While it COULD very much just be her signing her work, it COULD ALSO be her quite literally putting her mark on Link.

It's actually so important to me that there's still people who take them and this whole movie seriously. Like, I get that the jokes are funny, but we can't ignore how tragic and sad and unfair this movie is. They're in love and they both know that they can't be together, and they hate themselves for the way they are, and they're desperately trying to be "normal" and to "fit in" as it slowly kills them both. They're so important to me, please take them and the movie seriously, I'm begging you
