Hah, i forgot i made my art blog excluded from search on here.

whoopsies, good thing i fixed that.

Its been a while hasn't it. whether or not the people following me here are active is another story. but ill ramble here anyway.

Life has been different since returning to this site, in a way maybe its better now? i remember starting here when i was around 17, now im 30 ugh

Either way ive been feeling like lurking and posting here again as a way to get away from the negativity that is Xwitter. Mentally it was just exhausting to see what people say on there, i couldnt post about wrestling because i felt like id get tribalist weirdos in my comments and it was harder to even find good artists without falling for the AI art trap.

But speaking of art, im still at it despite all that life has thrown at me. Most of which can be found on my DA page but maybe ill upload them to my old art blog at a later time. The ol Wacom got put aside for a new Huion pen tablet which i still enjoy. I stopped using Sai and picked up CSP, its so much nicer to work with now.

Ive realized that ill probably never do commissions, because art has gotten me more than money can ask for and honestly i like drawing for myself and challenging myself with each new character design that interests me.

Im still dating the lovely Lexx and we've even managed to meet in person 3 times now, i even got to visit her in the US for a week this year.

Weird how my first job out of high school was working in the print industry for a printing press, now 10 years later im still doing the same thing. i mean i did have a 3D artist job for a while back in 2018 and then the whole pandemic thing happened and then i was out of work for 4 years. but it showed me that someday im gonna work on making my own projects that'll self sustain me. Ive been also learning Godot for that and maybe ill share progress on my work here if i feel like it.

Anywho, maybe being back on here will help me feel more social and get out of this rut ive also been in, but i think being here will at least make me feel not feel nervous about posting.
