Now- this might be a weird way to conceptualize it, but, comparatively... yes! That up there could be considered a baby photo! Think of Phase 0 as like... a fetal stage, and eeevery well-known phase (that isn't the result of a Formidibomb, at least) after that as infantile or juvenile. Yes, yes, I know, it's an undead beast of apocalypse. But I still think the comparison works well enough. What is the "adult" phase, then you ask? Planet size, of course! That's where I believe they generally stop experiencing significant "updates" to their development/body plan, both inside and out. It's very fascinating, if you ask me.
