Tobacco leaves grown from seed... I recently journeyed with psilocybin mushrooms and during the journey remembered having made a cigar from home grown tobacco many years before and had kept the cigar to offer as sacred smoke in ceremony, I had read and been told that tobacco was the master of the plant spirits but this wasn’t first hand knowledge until the mushrooms introduced me to the plant .... the cells in our bodies the combination of the carbon and the light vibrating remembers having been all the shapes and forms of other lives plants animal dinosaur the cells don’t know the separation they just attract to the gravity of our personal light ... I remembered the cigar and placing it on the alter I instinctively bowed my head and as I did so a huge purge of emotion as my cells released I sobbed I sobbed from my gut I let go of tears I had carried for so long any excess baggage dropped away in the presence of this plant... #wheeloftimetattoo got started on this this week a few more sessions to go...I was unaware of the series of books until client introduced me to them I haven’t had time to read them fully but did watch TV theory it was fascinating and provoking to experience a realm governed by powerful matriarchy the dynamic of the relationships and the strength of the women was something to behold, I actually felt in a sense like a blanket of confidence Had been pulled away this patriarchal power the assumption that men’s strength was needed a space where the women didn’t need the men, in the assumption I hadn’t realised how cosy it was and that without that patriarchal protection I had work to do and that in a matriarchal system everyone works to serve Very provocative if u haven’t read or watched already I’d would recommend https://www.instagram.com/p/CfwSjycDFrh/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Building the out door area at our allotment site, this kitchen area will double up as a potting area and class room for workshops, we will be using the existing wall of the shed and Sharing the guttering with a flat roof raises at one side to harvest as much water as possible then using storage tanks at the back be able to use that water whilst washing up or watering plants ...it’s been 8 yes since I attended a permaculture design course in sustainability and began seeing all the holes in the way I was working, massive gaps of detachment from natural rhythms and intelligent shop protocol that would leave me frantically polishing my portfolio hoping that if I just did that more everything would be ok, but really just left me anxious and in comfortable, the allotment has been as much about realising my poor mental health symptoms are indicators of a healthy system in a poor context as it’s been to find a way that I can continue working at something I love in a way the respects and honours being alive, not just making a lot of problems for the sake of looking cool... well it’s taken years and it grows and begins to fruit. Today we began making canvases out of recycled shredded paper and nettle fibre from the allotment... very basic shredder blender paper and smoothies and then the retted nettle fibres added in and more paper smoothie poured on top I will experiment with different combinations and see what works the best I think what ever happens will make an Interesting base to paint . Next step will be to begin painting using the oak gall ink madder pigment instant coffee and turmeric....
