REFUGEE

Have you ever hurt so much that you feel numb inside from it all? Or….did that hurt drive you to do things that you never thought in your wildest dream you would ever do!         Hi my name is Eegufer and i wanna tell you my story as i become a refugee.    I grew up on a very small island in the Caribbean, a place where people call Paradise. but was it really…. paradise? A place where growing up as a homosexual meant death. they claim that laws have changed and that we are gender free. naw, I beg to differ, let me tell you how they kill you day by day. The slower the death the more you feel it.      Ok so I am not gonna go to far back so lets fast forward and start from 2007. I remember i started this job that was not what I really wanted to do but it was a cool ass job. then this was when it first began, I was in my early 20`s and i must say i was now around folks older than me for the first time in a adult full time job setting. oh and may i add i was renting an apartment with a girl i dated. Yes i was and still am a lesbian!……. moving along. grave yard shifts we slept in the sleeping quarters, first few nights were fine. after a while when i started resting my sleeping items on a bed, i would come back after a call and meet them on the floor , and it happened over and over. so i slept in my car in between work. i started bringing my girlfriend at the time with my best friend to work with me and they stayed in my car in the parking lot just so i can feel safe out in a dark parking lot where i slept. i remember over time i would see flash lights of some of them spying on me shining through my window. Then there were talks and i was pulled into the office by my boss about me sleeping in the car. i told him that i felt comfortable and i don`t see why i cant sleep in my car. i guess your wondering why didn’t i tell him what had happened, what they were doing to me. thing is i was trying to hide who i was to avoid what is coming next……. if you want to know what happens next, follow my page so you will be right here when i post it. :)

If you listen close enough, you can hear silence loud and clear. What does silence sound like..?? It sounds like nothingness.. Like the fluttering wings of dragon flies who flutter in accordance to one another. It sounds like a distant childhood giggle fading out slowly.. What does my silence say when it speaks..?? It says nothing that you want to hear.. But everything that you do. It's hypnotic to those who are fortunate enough to possess that keen sense of hearing. It sounds like a faint whisper echoing throughout a long, hollowed, dark hall. It sounds like serenity. It sounds like peace. It sounds like breathing. And it sounds like..
