Negative people are not worth your spoons, not ever.
Today, let’s all give back to the best care partner out there—Mother Nature. On the good MS days, bad MS days, and the MS days in between, she provides us with unprecedented beauty on a planet we are lucky enough to call home.
Hands up if you feel me on this one. 👐🏽
MS LifeLines Ambassador Kristin H. explains MS to her kids by using a fun twist. “I say MS is like a video game where the monster is running around my brain and he’s chomping on my nerves and is taking the protective sheath and biting it, which makes it disappear. And then my nerves aren’t protected anymore.”

Can you tell me what MS LifeLines is?
Great question! MS LifeLines is a support service sponsored by EMD Serono for those living with MS and their loved ones. There are over two hundred people available to help answer many of your questions and provide you with resources.
Living with MS is not easy by any means. That’s why lending a hand in any way can mean the world to an MSer. Even if it’s something as simple as being driver for the day.
Our care partners, AKA carers, do a lot for us, which is why Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, launched the Embracing Carers Initiative. It helps shine a light on care partners’ needs for support and on solutions to the challenges they face on a daily basis. Let’s all show our care partners some extra love. Upload a photo of your care partner with a message of support and the hashtag #CareForACarer.
It’s National MS Education & Awareness Month! Let’s join together this month to spread the word about MS and all that comes with it so we can create a more informed and supportive community. Reblog this post and link to raise awareness about MS.
Award season is upon us. But the real winner is you. Cheers to your constant inner strength, your ferocious bravery, and your beautiful spirit. MS has nothing on you!
You may have seen several MS LifeLines Ambassadors here or on Facebook, but do you know some of the things they do? This week, MS LifeLines’ video blogger Jen O. shares her perspective on the role she loves.

Guys, with MS: let’s not sugarcoat it. Intimacy issues can be a real buzzkill. Here’s what some other men with MS have to say about it.
For all that they do for you, for all the times they’ve been there, what better time than the season of love to give your care partner a shout out? Reblog and tell your care partners why you love them.
The Artists Explaining Their Multiple Sclerosis Through Art
Artists Kirsty Stevens and Hannah Laycock tackle the knowledge gap that surrounds MS by creating art that is tangible and accessible.
Nobody makes it in pro football without practicing a routine. The same goes for sticking to the treatment schedule provided by your doctor. A strong routine can be the difference between losing or gaining an extra yard in your MS journey.
How do other people’s experiences compare to your own? Watch MS LifeLines’ video blogger Jen O. share the story of when she was first diagnosed and why one holiday will never be the same.
