I've been seeing this girl for a while now. We've talked about making our relationship "official" and "putting a label" on it before and agreed that soon would be a good time. So tonight, soon has come. I'm taking her to dinner at the same restaurant where we had our first date and when we get back, I've got her a card with a handwritten love note inside, flowers and chocolates, and I've written her a love song which I'm going to sing for her (which is the first time in my life I'll be singing in person a song I've written to anyone). I love this girl more than life itself. I'm so excited.

Normally videos are saved for PRs, but I'm just excited that I'm able to do a decent leg day again! After months of dealing with the pains of a (likely) partially torn meniscus & hardly being able to do body weight squats, I was able to hit 275lbs for a single on squats and followed that up with 540lbs for 8 on leg press! 👊🏼 The knee sleeves from @bearkomplex have been a major key to this progression, 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼 Though it's not the most I've ever done, it's more than I've done in a long time and that in itself is a victory!
