Todays just a rant day

Everybody was so excited for Fenty beauty & she played yall lol. Just like all the other makeup brands. Not that it concerns me, Im that annoying light brown shade that all the white girls are aiming for. But rihanna irritates me & now all the darker rihannanavy girls are pissed so im not gnna lie, its satisfying.

day 47 : cannot hold back emotion today, it was a BIG and tiring day. . this morning, for the first time, every single item on my body was put on by me, and myself only (btw, workout leggings are a teensy tough to put on lol). . at physical therapy, i transferred on a mat that was too high, and as my toes reached the floor, i realized i could suddenly kick with both legs. #omg . during my standing frame time, i managed to stand myself up to 100% - on tuesday, i could only get my angle up to 85%. . #smallvictory, but ALSO, coffee didn't disturb my stomach today so i drank my first full #coffee in 47 days. most delish coffee i've ever had. . be #grateful for the small things and #happiness will just come naturally. . . . #headbandsandhightops #spinalcordinjury #extrarepsfortrish #trishstrong (at Craig Hospital)

A couple gifs from week 4 day 1 of my C25K workout to train for the Rugged Maniac it was by far the hardest workout I've ever had to do and to be completely transparent I had to pause the workout twice to take a breath and one was after the second 3 minute run and second was in the middle of the second 5 minute run, but with that being said, I ran 5 minutes non-stop for the first time! It's the little victories! Here's to the start of a new week!
