M-team’s 3 ways and methods to clean your different floors.

- Floor polishing

When we polish floors we do the following:

1st Get rid of big rubbish and obstacles that can be moved. 2nd We get rid of previous polish on the floor (if applicable) 3rd Good swipe and mop the floor that is going to be polished (twice if necessary) 4th While we wait for the floor to dry, we prepare the polish and we get clean new mops. 5th We make sure the floor is rubbish free, dust free and grease free. 6th Apply the polish with caution and preciseness 7th Wait till it dries 8th Apply the second coat for best results 9th If the customer requires a luxurious look, we come next day and apply floor maintainer for a shinier looking floor.

- Floor scrubbing

This is used for harder floors.

Patios, swimming pools, building floors, school patios/floors...etc

We use the appropriate size scrubber machine which we use for this floors.

1st We make sure we get rid of all rubbish, dust and grease.

2nd Prepare the machine and its chemicals.

3rd We do what we know best.

4th Final mop and Job, done!

- Floor maintenance

To maintain your floor looking shiny and like new again.

For this process, we use a machine and a special chemical, this is used for flat surfaces and polished floors that requires maintenance.

1st We make sure we get rid of all rubbish, dust and grease.

2nd Once the floor is mopped, the chemical is sprayed uniformly onto the floor.

3rd Soft machine is used to get the outcome required.

Price depends on the process, type and size of the floor.

Halloween is now over! 

BUT M-TEAM IS HERE TO HELP YOU WITH SOME TIPS

You know the party was great when there is a lot of mess and a lot to clean. If there are stains whatever you do, Do NOT rub the stain – ONLY blot at it. Once most of the stain is removed, rinse the area with a solution of three teaspoons vinegar and one cup water and continue blotting. In-case of a very stubborn stain, try rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide ( it’s always a smart idea to first test these on a hidden part of the carpet or couch because they could lighten or bleach the area ).

Rubbish, confetti and glitter can be removed with some vacuuming. However, if you find some stubborn confetti and glitter that just won’t come off your carpet or floor, take some playdoh and roll it over the surface to get rid of them.

3 main tips to maintain your office clean and tidy

1.     Make sure you have a bacteria disinfectant wipes in your desk

It is important that everyone in a workspace have good hygiene, the importance of keeping hands clean avoids germs to pass around. If there is no bacteria disinfectant, make sure you wash your hands regularly.  

2.     Try eating in a common space or the kitchen, not your desk!

We know and understand that eating in your place of work is comfortable and convenient, but if you encourage your staff or colleges to take their lunch break elsewhere everyone will get used to this and eventually make it a habit. The keyboard is the place where all the germs accumulate and when food gets in between the keys it says that it creates more germs than a toilet seat. It is understandable that you drink in your office. However, the dirty cups or mugs can make your office look dirty and unorganised.

3.     Rubbish in the rubbish bins.

It is ideal to have a rubbish bin close to your desk. Make sure your space is a comfortable and clean area where you and others can feel happy in it. Even the smallest little rubbish in the desk can create frustration and disappointment without you knowing why.
