Had he been thinking about this for awhile? Definitely. Itâs something heâs been working on while he wasnât actually working, and despite being distraught about his fatherâs death, he knew that the estate and money given to both him and his sister would give them the perfect starting point for this. âWeâll break even and make a profit from the first year on. Not that a profit is the most important thing, but we do need to make something so we donât kill ourselves with debt.â Because, letâs be honest, they always lived well above their means. âWeâll need licensing, permits, hiring process. I wonât want to take in animals until everything is built, so thatâs first. Remodel the house, the stables. Build another building or two.â

Though not necessarily about everything. For big things, though, she likes to have a plan. âExactly, it wonât help anyone if weâre in debt. A profitâs a far better place to be in for something like this.â Itâs a long list, but if theyâre both invested in it, things out to go fairly smoothly. âThatâs true. Better start looking into the licensing process soon-ish, since itâll likely take a while. But buildings first seems like the smartest path.â
