I'm Back And Tumblr Feels Bad.

I have just spent a whole month doing nothing!

I've never felt more dead!

I'm back and haven't looked through Tumblr since nothing has happened on my profile. I don't want to sound like a baby but I haven't had any reason to check my profile. Although I'm pretty sure Tumblr feels bad for me because, what seems to be bots, have started following me.

The "people" who have followed me, haven't posted anything, don't have anything in their bio and haven't even liked ANY of my posts.

So thanks Tumblr for taking pity on me!

I finished my practise run!!!!!!!

I didn't get to the 1st gym like I said but I did get past the Wild Area. I'm very proud of my team but I might have cheated...

When I reached Professors Magnolia's house I saw that there was a fishing spot so I fished up Tranisorus X the Magikarp. The "problem" here is that technically Magikarp was a Route 2 encounter, if you don't count water areas as its own encounter, that would be fine if I hadn't caught Feef first. In my defense, I really wanted a Magikarp.

To wrap this up I want to say that this is great fun... with friends. I played the beginning of the game alone and I wasn't bored but it just takes a while to complete the battle. When I was playing with friends, however, we laughed our asses off at my bad luck, they got really into the Pokemon and they really got me through this.

In total, it's fine to play alone but if you have friends or are a streamer this is going to be a great challenge!

I'm going to play through the game fully but for now thanks for reading, this is MudkipMan signing off!

Update, I Guess?

I see people do updates on their life so I'm going to give an update on my life. The one thing that's going on in my life...

I have been scouring Tumblr for a while now and I've been obsessing over the poll that I put up (I'd appreciate it if you could contribute with a vote yourself). I want to thank the 4 people who have voted, I appreciate it since I have such a small internet presence.

I want to try a practice run of this up to the 1st gym and see how easy it is. Also, I'm thinking of "upping the ante" by adding some hardcore Nuzlocke rules, specifically...

Pokemon Dicelocke

I suddenly had a burst of creativity for an interesting pokemon challenge that I'm pretty sure has not been done before. Essentially the Dicelocke goes like this...

Normal Nuzlocke rules

Whenever you enter battle you need to use a number generator/wheel to decide which move you use.

For example, if I was in battle and I had Ember and Tackle when it's my turn I would use a number generator to determine which move I use. It's simple but it could also be really hard. I just want to ask you guys what game should I play it with.

DND Academy?

I am a fan of DnD and I was thinking of an idea for a campaign where you have everybody play kids like 14-15 who all get pulled from normal school and get put into this secret magic academy for people with weak magic powers.

The big twist, your players don't know if they have magic or not why they're here. It's a complete mystery to all of them. Eventually, they develop powers depending on what they end up doing in school. If they join the gardening club they develop nature powers. If they join the debate club, they develop mind control powers. Stuff like that, but during the whole campaign weird demonic stuff starts appearing and your players need to find the core of it.

By the end of the campaign, all your players go on a field trip, and you notice that the janitor comes with you for an unknown reason. Maybe it's a museum of dragon skeletons and orc skeletons weird things like that. Suddenly they all come to life, and your players must defeat them. They all get defeated and then the old, janitor appears and he suddenly turns into a 8ft, muscly red-skinned, huge winged demon and he is your players worst enemy.

I realise now that I went on a bit of a rant for my first post but you know...
