losing a best friend is always so complex. it’s like i hate you for how you treated me but i can’t even be mad bc i understand why you are the way that you are. it’ll never be the same and i don’t think ill ever see you again but sometimes in the middle of the day i think about that youtube channel we made when we were 12 and the summers spent listening to one direction and trading secrets at 3am and sometimes i don’t think ill even find someone who knew me like you did and i hate you for that. i’ll miss you forever but i wont leave the porch light on this time
You will get over it because you fucking have to
tumblr user Anonymous has been saying some very rude things to various bloggers for many years now
i saw this somewhere else but reply / tag what you did today so everyone can see that we all did something different today
“if you love this character then you must make him happy in your fics, right?” wrong. the horror. suffering. internal hemorrhage. hospital. immediately
Sketch: I think Johnny likes T-shirts that no one else would buy. Like, with absurd captions and stupid jokes.

i dislike the whole “horror is so back” narrative people are throwing around recently with obsession and backrooms. both are great movies, but horror was also so back with the long walk. and sinners. and the substance. and nosferatu. and literally anything directed by jordan peele. horror as a genre will always have its flops. but there will always be those few that revive the hype.
There was also Undertone
And Good Boy
And Frankenstein
And Nope
And Weapons
And Bring her Back
And Talk to Me
And The Night House
And Oddity
And Abigail
Let's not also forget horror series like Something Very Sad is Going to Happen
And Brand New Cherry Flavor

I won‘t skip festive Spyro this year >:)
Reminding the people who matters the most… Javik, obviously. Happy pride folks!

Sometimes a game shows itself when it's needed.
My gaming library is huge. No, this is not a brag, it's a statement haha.
Video games are a huge part of my life, cozy indie titles especially. Sometimes getting lost for hours taking care of a farm does more than slapping enemies in the face with a sword, you know?
And lately, work has been weighing on me, which most of the time leads to a domino effect of old wounds reopening. This time is not different, as former people I trusted and that let me down are showing up even in my dreams of all places (not the first time this happens, but hey, still sucks).
So there I went, scrolling through my library to see what to play...and then I noticed Wanderstop.
I've had it in my library for a while now. I vaguely knew what it was about: a warrior who's forced to take a break and work at a tea shop. It has quirky characters, some puzzle mechanics and mostly it just... lets you play at your own pace, with as much liberty a cozy game can mechanically give you.
Who knew, though, that playing a burnt-out fighter in a fantasy setting who is forced by the world around her to take a break is exactly what I needed. So yeah, sometimes books, movies, and even games sit on the shelf until the right moment.
Or tl;dr: play this game, it's lots of fun and wholesome and quirky, hahaha.
i love making friends in fandom, i love playing with our toys together, i love coming up with increasingly niche aus, i love lifting strangers up, i love motivating people to create, i love watching someone get excited over an idea and immediately running with it, i love yelling in tags together, i love seeing someone gain confidence in their writing/art because people were kind to them <33
