While I do think I'm starting to get a sense of at least liking for Dappling I do absolutely despise the idea that they were destined to be together all along and Darling is Apple's actual destined Prince(ss) Charming because it just defeats the whole point to me.

possible hot take: i just think that it started with raven releasing the pages of the book of legends, darling became apples destined savior because she rebelled, her true intention and passion for being a hero made her one in her story and some feelings towards apple in heart (mutually too) made them bound together
