After a lot of workshopping (as you can see by the dates on the sketches), here are two of my Dinotrux OCs, Opalite and Citrine!

They both used to be my sonas but now they’re kind of their own thing

Well thats the thing is that it would be really really easy to do that if they just like.

i don’t have good words right now but every episode one of these guys is getting a damage where their mode of transportation just shuts down. Or they can’t open their mouth to eat, or their main survival strategy malfunctions. And the only reason that they keep being able to survive is that the reptools take care of it

But symbiotic relationships between trux and reptools were unheard of before this. What happens to the other trux huh? How does it go the rest of the time? We see a bunch of examples of herds helping each other, but most of them have basic functionality, so what about all the ones with these other - apparently super common - malfunctions? Did they get left behind to the scraptors? Did they starve to death? Were they killed by their own herds out of mercy?
