To all those who own their own computers and don't depend on windows software for their work/sustenance: go Linux.

It is seriously much easier than you probably picture, you just need a USB stick and the willingness to watch a brief youtube tutorial. I know nothing about computers, coding or anything, and I've made the switch to Ubuntu last year, there's absolutely zero going back.

You don't HAVE to be a Windows user, or an Apple use, or to depend on Google, on Big Tech, etc. There are alternatives and they're easier and much more accessible than you think.
