Millar Rose

Born on the 29th of August 2018 at 41 weeks 6 days. 4.17kg (9 pound 3) 55 cm Long and bead ciecumfrance of 38cm.

Little miss Millar had her own idea of how she was to come earth side. She sat up so high in my ribs and just refused to engage. So high up that induction was considered dangerous and my Obstetrician didn’t want to try. He let me go over as much as he deemed safe but on the 29th at my check up he decided that a c section was my safest option.

Millars birth was so calm and collected. I loved every second. My doctor and the anesthesiest talked through every thing. My recovery has been amazing.

Our little bebe has finally made their entrance

FINALLLLY....... And it’s a GIRL!!!

She was born today 29th August at 10:47 am via caesarean. It was a beautiful and calm experience.

After making it to 41 weeks and 6 days pregnant my Ob decided it was time to make an entrance. She never made her way down into my pelvis.

Currently unnamed. 4.17kg (9 pound 3) 55 cm long and head circumference of 38cm

41+4 weeks prego!!

Baby is still high as. Like I’m talking rib cage high. So no change in that department. Looks like we will be heading for a c section on Wednesday. I can’t wait for this little bubba to be here. My Ob did say he would happily section me tomorrow but it gives me a few extra days to get better. He also put me on stronger antibiotics. So fingers crossed I wake up better because this has been hell.

I’ve also tried every thing in my power to get this Bub down low but it’s obviously not happening. So I’ll just let it be.

I neeeed help

41+2 weeks pregnant. Just plotting on by. I’m done being upset that baby isn’t here yet. At the last check there was no change and baby still sitting in my rib cage. I’ll see Ob on Monday for another check and we will book a c section for Wednesday if baby still hasn’t come down and if it’s still not safe to induce.

I’m ok with having a c section. I really don’t mind. I just want Bub out safely. With how high the baby is, inducing increases the risk of a cord prolapse and I really would do any thing to avoid that (obviously).

Here’s the kicker. I’m so sick with a cold or sinus infection and cough. Day three and no end in sight. I’ve been doing every thing I possibly can. Humidifier, panadol, water and saline spray. But I’m just not getting better. I am so scared of going into labour feeling like this.

Is there any thing else I can do??

Still pregnant. Baby still floating around. Head not even close to being engaged.

Still pregnant! Baby is still super high and not engaged. So much so that my ob could cup his hand under the babies head through my pelvis as well as get an ultrasound pic of the top of bubs head. So doesn’t look like he/she will be making an entrance any time soon. Baby is too high to induce or even do a stretch and sweep. I’ll see him on Monday to see where to go from here if there are no changes.

I’m tired and sore. Madden is also sick. So it’s good baby is staying put for now.

Holy crap!

Hubs and I sold our house (it’s been on the market for forever) we got what we wanted too. Soo stoked. On the flip side I’m going on 31 weeks pregnant with no house to go to. So yay!

Hi 👋🏻 Long time no post!!! I have been super super busy!!! Thought it was time for a little update. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant!!!! Like, when did that happen?!?! I pulled out my 30 week pic with Madden to compare and holy different sizes and I’m carrying different too. We haven’t found out the sex of this babe either. In the Black I was 30 weeks with madden and floral pjs 30 weeks with this Bub. What do you all think?? I’ve had another uneventful pregnancy besides my iron stores. But they are now controlled which is good. I’ve also had a heap of pelvic pain which is horrible. Some days worse than others, but I think it’s time to invest in a belly belt. Now Madden, where do I start with her. Talk about a hurricane. She is a full blown toddler now. Walking, talking machine with so much energy and attitude. She’s a clever little cookie who loves my parents dog and play dough. She’s into every thing and her mind is constantly ticking. I 💖 her so much.

Where is this time going??

One week of entering my last trimester!! What the heck?!? I felt like I only found out a few weeks ago.

Any ways. I’ve been really well. I did have to have iron infusion and it really helped.

I just did my fasting glucose test and now my doctor wants to see me earlier than scheduled. Now I’m worried. Because I get anxious I logged into the blood results thingy and looked at my results. It’s all come back (glucose and anemia studies) but my red blood cell count is low. No idea what this means. My iron levels are now normal. So HELP
