So many Koreans are claiming that China erased their whole history and stole Korea’s, which is why the clothing in the newest art is actually Korean rather than Chinese. With this whole situation, I’m just trying to understand how it’s Old Xian’s fault that “history is distorted” ? Why are you attacking someone who saw that artifact in a Chinese museum with their own eyes, and then drew it? Old Xian is absolutely innocent in saying that they saw it in China’s own history, whether that history is incorrect or correct. I absolutely understand the Korean’s pride in their own culture, but they have to understand that these things are in Chinese museums, tombs, and art, which means that the average Chinese citizen is going to believe that it’s a part of their culture. They can’t just bash someone and tell them to apologize because they’re convinced that that’s actually not part of China’s culture.
Bottom line: Koreans should not be targeting an innocent artist with no ulterior motive or agenda about something this artist has proof of as their own country’s history, whether the proof is fabricated or real.
