Brought to you by: me hating every kind of Buriki no dance but Ado's version (which is not prsk but its curious bc im so crazy abt the song when its ado but the voice ruins it for me for everyone else). But also me tending to dislike higher pitched vocaloid songs and tending to prefer the prsk version a lot of the time.

bloomfes cards trained skills are a massive powercreep compared to colorfes card skills (140%➡️160%). this makes it so that people can now have an 800% ISV and makes tiering even more competitive. the issue, though, is that the 160% bonus from bloomfes cards can ONLY be accessed if you're CR100 which isn't something that F2P players are usually able to attain. these cards are insane power creep and also whalebait
with kanade being in the first rotation, i saw a few people pissed that it means niigo events will be harder to tier from the get-go, so i included it in the list. that's all :P" END ID]
my thoughts TL;DR: ISV is not that important this will make tiering like 0.02% harder and only at the very top level. if you're not completely on board with that, i encourage you to keep reading below
my thoughts long version: i know this was "for the joke", but i've seen plenty of people genuinely worried about this, so to be clear, with all respect to OP, this is just... not true. right off the bat, ISV is not crucial to tiering. in fact, it is probably the least important part of your team. as in people on the leaderboard on JP sekai don't even need to have it maxed. people in the T10 on EN sekai, or even sometimes on the podium, don't need to have it maxed.
800% is a bit misleading. for one, remember that ISV is relevant for the one or two times your skill activates in a coop room for a few notes. it makes a difference, but it's not like it's directly multiplying your event points or anything. it gives you a little score bonus that gives you some more event points. secondly, this is the value of 5 bloomfes cards all maxed added up, so yes your team total ISV could be that (in the future when we have 5 bloomfes cards lmao). but when sekai activates your skill in coop, it divides any cards in the back of your team by 5, then adds your leader. so this team results in a 288% buff.
that's still a big number, but... no event team is ever getting there. no matter how good the ISV, it's never more worth it than your event bonus. the bloomfes cards would need to match the event's attribute and unit/characters to be even considerable. not to mention the on-banner event cards, which will (probably) never be bloomfes cards, (if this is confusing: the kohane, akito, and miku cards of this set are event cards, but meiko and kanade are not) are always better than any other card. the largest ISV we've ever gotten that is best in slot for an event is current kohane event ironically, where you're looking at a 650 total ISV (never give up cooking kaito, nocturne interlude an, and the three banner cards). if you don't have the three banner cards, you are not tiering high enough for ISV to matter at all. it's far too insignificant to matter at a level where you're not even getting the extra 60% event bonus.
and for events that have an optimal bloomfes card and for those who are tiering that high? it might be a little harder, if you don't already have that character maxed out lmao. sure, sega will probably make a decent amount more out of people spending money to get CR100 for that tier, but that's only from the people willing to spend that much on their tier already.
ask anyone who has been on the podium lately on EN sekai. those things cost thousands of dollars nowadays, not exaggerating. spending a couple more is nothing new.
if you're going for T1000, odds are your competition doesn't have CR100 either. and if they do, play like, 2 more games than them.
the previous max ISV on a card was 150%, the unit-scorer, but before that it was 140%, the colorfes cards, and before that it was 130%, the perfect-scorer, and yet we see all of these types of cards in use today in the meta, even with unit-scorers and colorfes cards being accessible for F2P. so don't worry. you'll be fine.
i know all of this from over a year of being in the tiering scene, i've talked to plenty of high tierers about it. it seems to be people newer to tiering who found out about ISV not that long ago and don't understand how inconsequential it is that are saying this. not to be rude, i'm just saying, this is not something experienced tierers are too worried about lmao.

As demonstrated in the Daily Life of Project SEKAI 4koma #5 and the Memorial Stage connect live, Tsukasa has good gymnastic ability, being able to perform somersaults and do the splits.
