Gjallarhorn

Gjallarhorn is a band that formed in 1994 and performs world music with roots of folk music. The bands music echoes ancient folk music traditions of Scandinavia with medieval ballads, minuets, and prayers in runo-metric chanting. The group is named after the Gjallarhorn of Norse mythology

Falconer

Falconer is a Swedish folk/power metal band formed in 1999 by the former guitars of Mithortyn, Stefan Weinerhall. Falconer carry on many of the traditions set be Weinerhalls precious and play a style of power metal that utilizes folk instrumentation and melody to create a more medieval sound.

Plumbo

Plumbo is a Norwegian rock and folk rock band from Sande, Vestfold, Norway. The three-piece band consists of Lars Erik Blokkhus (vocals, guitar), Tommy Elstad (bass) and Hasse Rønningen (drums), with assistance from supporting musician Glenn Hauger on accordion and flute. Their repertoire includes Norwegian songs with a traditional twist, rock music elements and international appeal. The name Plumbo is taken from a brand of drain cleaner sold in Norway

Susanne Sundfør

Susanne Sundfør is a Norwegian singer-songwriter.She was born in Haugesund and later moved to Oslo. She has released six studio albums. Three of which, The Brothel (2010), The Silicone Veil (2012) and Ten Love Songs (2015), have reached number one in Norway. Her sixth, Ten Love Songs, was released on 16 February 2015.

Eivør

Eivør Pálsdóttir is a Faroese -Icelandic singer-songwriter with a distinct voice and a wide range of interests in various music genres spanning from rock, jazz, folk, and pop, to European classical music. Her roots are in the Faroese ballads. She released her first album in 2000.

Árstíðir

Árstíðir (meaning seasons in English) is an Icelandic classically influenced indie-folk rock/chamber pop band.. The defining characteristic of this band is their vocal harmonies, as all members sing.The band formed in 2008 in Reykjavík as a trio, consisting of Daniel Auðunsson (guitar), Gunnar Már Jakobsson (guitar) and Ragnar Ólafsson (baritone guitar). When they recorded their first album, Árstíðir, Hallgrímur Jónas Jensson (cello) and Jón Elísson (piano) joined the band. In 2010, the band became a sextet with Karl James Pestka (violin). Jón Elísson and Hallgrímur Jónas Jensson left Árstíðir in late 2013, and Karl James Pestka in 2016.
