I am a young medical resident from California currently living in the beautiful city of Seattle Washington and as you will soon see, I am a very self-efficient woman. ✨REVIEW✨ Spin for Perfect Skin from Vanity Planet Store I've been using this brush for 2 months, morning/night so now I believe it's time for a review. You do not need to charge it. All you need are some batteries. Here are the two brushes I use. The brush attached (shown above) is the brush I use first. It is a cleansing brush with a white base and it's very soft. I wash my face with warm water and apply the Cetaphil cleanser all over my face. Then I take my spin for perfect skin brush and cleanse my skin with it. I do this for about a minute. Be gentle. Don't press hard on your skin. Once I'm done with that, I wash my face and then I take the dermalogica exfoliating daily microfoliant. It is powder based and is used for exfoliating the skin. I mix the powder in a little bit of water to make a paste and apply it all over my face. I then take the other brush with a grey base and attach it to the spin for perfect skin. I do the same thing as I did with the last brush and exfoliate my skin but since I have very sensitive skin, I only exfoliate my skin for 30 seconds. I then wash my face and gently pat dry with a towel. Simple! At first, I was nervous about using it because my skin is so sensitive and I break out easily. I'm glad I gave this a try because it works wonders. My skin has never been soft like it is now. I don't break out anymore as much as I used to and when I apply makeup, my skin looks flawless. The Spin for Perfect Skin is really good and has made a huge difference in the way my skin looks and feels. It is definitely my favorite part of my skin care routine and I think I'll be using it for a long time. If you want to purchase it but don't know if you'll like it or not, give it a try because I have VERY sensitive skin and I break out easily but this worked well for my skin and I am very happy with it. Is Starbucks Healthy?

I’m not brand loyal with my coffee. I mostly drink Starbucks when I’m out simply because I’m doing work on their free wi-fi. When I’m at home, it’s Folgers or a local roast.

One thing that I notice when I’m there, though, is the underlying theme that Starbucks is healthy.

Are there any healthy Starbucks beverage options?

Coffee is inherently healthy. Nothing I’ve seen in the research has led me to believe otherwise. The problem is that most of the Starbucks beverage options are sugar bombs. With this said, I have done my research and came up with a list of beverages we can enjoy without worrying about health problems.

Best Options:

•Brewed Coffee - Black or w/heavy whipping cream

•Americano - Black or w/heavy whipping cream

•Brewed Tea - Unsweetened **Tip** Bring your own stevia packets if you need something sweetened.
