I come across as very calm, but in my head I am a real busybody. I worry about what they think of me, what I said and shouldn't have said... It's easy to focus on what I don't want and what's not going well in my life.
But I feel so much better when I focus on things that do make me happy: wonderful creating in my studio, a nice walk, puppies.... etc. etc. And dark chocolate of course, not to forget :)😊
A sunflower always automatically faces the sun, stretches its head in the direction of the good, all the beautiful. The shadows are still there, but she does not see them. She focuses on the beautiful rays of the sun. Go shine all of you!
