Hey Simmers,
Rudi has a big mod-achievement for you today: it's time for my tenth and biggest mod yet
Just recently I play tested my new awesome house, that's cramped up with clutter and plants all the way up
to the roof, just to realize, that my Sims are walking in the garden to interact with each other, cause
many of the spaces are too tight. But no more! With this mod, those issues will forever be a sorrow of the past.
Explanation - how the mod works
This mod reduces the space that sims need for doing things, similar to my other mods. It does this by overwriting the jig size for each sim interaction. A jig is an invisible object that’s auto placed on the ground, while e.g. two sims are talking to each other. Other sims will walk around the other sims talking, cause the jig (placed under the sims talking) obstructs the routing-way for other sims. By default all jigs are quite big, in most cases even way bigger than they need to be. But if you reduce the jig size by a mod, than those interactions are possible even in tiny over-cluttered rooms.
Now these mods do the same for all sim interactions.
How to install
Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, nothing special required, you can merge them as well
each file requires a different expansion pack

if you don't have the expansion pack, it's just doing nothing, but it won't cause any other problems

Happy Halloween!!! It's my first time doing something specifically for simblreen (unofficially, as I wasn't sure I'll be able to finish it in time) so I hope you'll enjoy this set.
As this is a conversion, meshes and textures belong to EA/Maxis!!! Everything comes with custom thumbnails, normal maps (where possible) and available in .package and .sims3pack formats (compressed).
You may notice some blurriness on the collar in game. It's because TS3 doesn't deal well with stuff painted on meshes and also due to my choice to keep the textures at their original size.
The outfit might get blurred altogether if you use it with very high poly hairs. Not noticeable in CAS, but in game it might end up looking odd. In this case, the solution is to go back in CAS and change the hair.
I wanted to make a toddler version too, but the meshes got distorted too much.

European Steam Train
So I’ve been seeing a couple of beautiful European worlds, and I figured that they deserve a proper European-style steam train to go with it!
Sorry, have no idea what exact make or model of train it is, but should fit most European settings 1920-1960. If you recolour the engine, it could even fit into an English countryside!

Notes
New steam locomotive with carriages, around 6750 polys, which is acceptable for its usage (probably only once or twice per world, and it only appears occasionally)
Fits onto the default Twinbrook tracks
New reflection and self-illumination effects
The mesh and textures are better than the default train, but it still works best as a backdrop element
Reworked headlight effects
As the original train effect was intended to be placed at one angle, the nightime headlamp glow won’t stay in the same location depending on the angle the train effect is rotated in CAW (try it out). As such, I’ve split the headlight effect into two packages- the ’No Headlight Glow’ package will disable the glow, allowing the effect to be used at all angles.
NOTE- As we have no way of cloning effects, this overrides the French train effect. As the train is more-realistically scaled (the default train was massive), the train in France will float (unless you edit the world)! A small price to pay, in my opinion.
This mod will also conflict with other worlds that have a train mod (Boroughsburg being one of them).

@ sdean818sims3 I’ve uploaded a version of the train enabled for build-buy, but haven’t tested it yet. Could be useful for something like a train station or railyard?
You should be able to find it in Buydebug>Misc. Turn on the custom objects filter beforehand to make it simpler to find. You should also use NRaas’s Debug Enabler to elevate the train slightly so it doesn’t cut through the tracks.
In any case, either version should work when sharing the world as they’re the same object.
Edit: Updated the packages to include a British variant of the train- use only one of the train packages!
Neat Sims, please, excuse me again, I know I haven’t made your life easier lately with all that mess and trashes! The theme might be almost complete now, but please, endure one more messy update with the Rugs of Mess! What are these? Mess, obviously, on which you can walk, except the little tricycle, that wouldn’t hurt too much, but yes, yes, I’m sorry, you can now walk on potato (or apple) peelings, walk on bathroom mess made from all those stuff fallen from the trash bin (hair, cotton bud, pad…), also work on Lego bricks (yes, I know, this is painful, I’m sorry for this!), various pens, various papers… Of course, you can put all the objects on a surface if you’d like rather preserving your feet, but that’s it, that’s my contribution to your life, neat Sims, and I’m sorry for this!
(Slob Sims, I know you love me for the moment and that you finally forgave me for all those cleaning products released in the past! I love you too, even if your homes hurt my eyes, sometimes, but after all, it’s for you I’m doing this, right? ;))

Around the Sims 3 | Mess in the kitchen: Harbinger counters & cabinets
Yes, more mess! When I installed my new “mess in the kitchen” set to mess up the place, I saw it wasn’’ enough with all those perfectly closed counters & cabinets… :D
So, I made versions with open doors & drawers!
Note that the Sims 3 counters need to be similar objects to work as counters, if you take three different counters, they won’t make an angle, but it would be ridiculous to have twice or more a counter with the same drawer open and the same stuff inside…. That’s why all my messy counters are fake counters, except the one for sink, and you need my old invisble counter to use them as real counter.
Not pictures here, but there’s also two empty cabinets that you can fill as you like.
I’ve also updated all the elements of the Harbinger kitchen, so they have a better specular.
It will be released on Around the Sims 3 the 17th of March.

My current sim is a photographer and I was disappointed by the lack of options for cameras in game, so I converted some more! Three of the cameras are from The Sims 4: Get Famous, one is from The Sims 4: Moschino Stuff, and the last is the Simmify Instant Camera by myshunosun. All of the cameras require The Sims 3: World Adventures to function.
The camera tripod and photography shelf are both by Around The Sims 3 here, and the wallpaper is by pixelfrogslegs here.

It can be put up and down, and you can put whatever you want under the bed BUT the cat will walk in the air to its bed, and yes, it looks silly, but I don’t know how to make it different.

Here’s a set of 20 conversions all from The Sims 4: Werewolves! A few of these items were requested by two anons and the rest were ones that I wanted for my own game lol. I also made a quick edit of the billboard sign so you can place it on walls. The telescope is fully animated, the planter box can hold up to four plants, the wall clock actually tells time (and the full moon glows!), and the electric guitar is functional.
