Whether donors have paid by credit card, check, cash or bank draft, all the information is connected and all tax-deductible contributions are grouped by fund in a pre-addressed letter on organizational letterhead.
Secondly, it means that data entry is easier to do and less repetitive, and it's also easier to correct mistakes. Our Live Ledger during check and cash entry makes record-keeping more reliable, issues easier to spot quickly, and print views even allow on-the-spot hand-checking of numbers.
Third, it means all bulk credit card deposits to your bank account are itemized in on-demand reports for you.
Fourth, it means you have comprehensive financial information for multiple funds available on-demand, up-to-date, at-a-glance.
Fifth, it means you are made aware of any missing information for donors and that you are easily able to communicate needs to other staff or volunteers.
Sixth, Membership Vision helps you communicate as needed to different giving groups through API integration with industry-best mailing list software.
