can i just go on a rant right now? DO PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH?? does anyone care that aspartame contains the exact chemical makeup linked to what causes brain tumors? like, it’s been proven.  but i get it. ya gotta be skinny. you people that come through my drive thru twice a day getting 10-pump sugarfree nonfat lattes, do you understand that they put oxidized powdered milk into the nonfat milk (that’s already filled with gmo’s and bleached blood) - this means that you are putting a chemically deformed kind of regular old milk into your body that’s even worse than the whole milk on the shelf you could have purchased for the same price. the same hormones are in your drink because the FDA doesn’t make them list the powdered milk. do you realize that this “nonfat" milk will cause more damage to your body, in that the cholesterol level is HEAPS higher (extremely ignored on the ingredient list)  in powdered milk (that oh yeah doesn’t need to be included because it’s milk and the FDA don’t give a care).  do you also not understand that aspartame hinders weight loss? aspartame and sucralose make you more hungry, and makes your body store all the glucose you already had in your body - as fat, instead of useful for energy.  feeling kind of sad?oh, that’s because both Sucralose and aspartame block serotonin (one of the main chemicals in your brain that make you feel happy, and help you realize that you are full). can’t see straight? that’s because sucralose causes sight-loss and blurred vision after years of a 40% rate absorption. and when 2% of sucralose accounts for actual metals (including lead), you’re slowly banking a nickel in your brain. and don’t even get me started on starbucks’ soy. head on over to google or even the FDA’s website, and check out the abundant tests that (haven’t) happened to make sure sucralose and aspartame (which is illegal to serve in some countries) are okay for you! if you want to lose weight, but still like sweet, grab an americano with half the amount of white mocha sauce - it’s made with coconut milk and the consistency is thick to give it an added-cream texture.  wow okay i’ve been waiting to say this for a while. bye.

It’s easy to look around at what’s happening in the earth today and be tempted to feel afraid or dismayed. Circumstances may seem overwhelming. During times like these, it’s important to remember that God has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us. In fact, not only is He with us, He has promised to strengthen us and harden us to difficulties. That means, when tough times come, they just bounce right off of you. You don’t allow your circumstances to steal your peace and joy. You have the attitude that says, “This may be a big problem, but my God is bigger!”
