Today is World Vegan Day💚 After 35 years of being vegetarian I switched to a diet vegan well over a year ago. My main reasons were animal welfare, the health benefits plus the environment. I can honestly say It’s the best decision ever! I’m slimmer, leaner, feel so much better and less lethargic. My running has improved and my overall well being. There are tonnes of yummy recipes and products out there, plus more types of milk than you can imagine! Finally started my new Stillman and Birn sketchbook. I accidentally bought the pocket size which has literally travelled everywhere with me without me making a single mark!
