Is it true that perfect size of a cage is a little less than the penis length when flaccid? If yes, how much less?

The advice of having a cage that is the same size as one's flaccid penis has been around for a while. The idea is that it totally suppresses one's erection by not allowing any enlargement due to the the blood vessels expanding with blood.

I have to agree with this concept, and I believe that one of the reasons my own A272 is comfortable is for this very reason.

I don't think that having a cage that is shorter is as important as having a cage that is more narrow. My A272 is about 33mm inside, while the CB3000 I wore was closer to 35 or 36mm. It seems to short-circuit my attempts to get over hard, which makes it more comfortable during times of peak arousal.
