a group of young kids make a flag of the colors he’s capable of creating with his fire: a rainbow. they think it’s great because it unites all four elements. rainbows exist in the air, they are created with water droplets, there’s luck where they meet the earth, and the original firebenders, dragons, breathe rainbow fire. thus, the rainbow flag is born in the atla universe.
