Remember. Remember who you are.
1st to 9th August 2020
It seems me forgetting to do this is becoming more of a habit.
But I'm thinking maybe I'm better at noticing the good each day, so I need this less and less?
I've had a few really nice days in the last week: out with my cousin, spending time with my love's, nice walks with mum, visited my friend, few nice factimes.
I had a bit of a rough moment last week, felt really down about myself, hating the way I look and stuff. Had a nice chat with mum and dad and now I'm in a bit more control.
I started a diet on Monday and I've already lost 7lbs!! I'm hoping that it'll be a fresh start on food, self esteem and confidence 🤞🏻
Applied for a few jobs outside of London so that's exciting to see if I can start making a move 🙂
Started reading 'The Worry Cure' as recommended by my therapist which I would highly recommend!!!!!

Ok let's think, what have I been up to?
Applying for some jobs hopefully in the next few days
Went to the seaside on Wednesday with some family which was great, had nice food and sunshine!
Spent today playing with my love's in a paddling pool! Was so lovely but I am sooooo tired now.
Had a facetime meet up with my bestie so that was fun and a nice change from being at home.
Amazing sunset tonight!
I bought myself a tiny little ramen pot light... I love him ❤️
Omg so I got my dad some binoculars as an early birthday present and we were looking at Jupiter and we actually saw its MOON'S 😱😱😱 We also saw Saturn's RINGS 😱😱😱 Honestly, mind blown

On Thursday and Friday I did not get out of bed until 10am and you know what, I regret nothing #werklife
I've started doing a self-nurturing log for therapy which had been really nice to do, I'd recommend if you are feeling a bit down on yourself.
Also there was one day this week I was having a bad day and couldn't express what I was feeling. So I did the Thought, Feelings, Behaviour Triangle (although it's not a triangle 🙄) and it really helped me figure out what was going on. I also then just wrote out everything I was feeling, positive and negative and then wrote some ideas of either what to do to change it (if it was bad) or where the good feelings were coming from. It really helped me to get going again in a positive way.
Friday was spent with my little loves. They are such a joy even when they go cray cray!
Friday night I drove a friend and I to our old work colleagues house for a little social distance BBQ. It was a really nice evening with good food and lots of laughs.
Today (Saturday), I drove to Bromley which is FRIKKEN miles away to visit my friend. Although it was a bit stressful it was nice to go on a bit of an adventure.
We had a nice lunch, chatted shit and watched some telly. Really good day!
Also, a quick recommendation. I have really been struggling to sleep recently but this track on Spotify is so good, I'm asleep in like 10 mins. Really relaxing, good sound effects and he has a great voice (not creepy, loud or raspy which I hate ergh). I cannot recommend it enough!
Accurate?
