How many calories do you need to eat every day for running?
Calculation on a daily basis:
1. Multiply the weight (kg) by 22.
For example: Weight 50 kg, 50x22=1100 kcal
2. Divide the above results by 2, which is : 1100/2=550 kcal
3. Add these two values together
That is, 1100+550=1660 kcal
If you have a running, this is the calories you need, plus 100 calories per 1500 calories, or reduce 500 calories if you want to lose weight, or reduce your target calorie by 20%.
