That link is broken, but it is currently on the Internet Archive to read and download! It’s worth saving a copy, since the physical books have never been reprinted.

There’s also a really impressive fan-made sequel called Dawn of the Ogre, which does it’s best to consolidate all of the differing plot details in phases 3-5. It’s constructed in the exact same style as Rise, and it’s very hard to see the seams of the real interview material vs what was added in as glue.
