Okay Ginny and Georgia season 3.

*SPOILERS*

Okay, I know everyone is hating on Paul. But honestly his reaction is kind of valid. Now do NOT get me wrong. I love georgia i think shes a queen for protecting her children and what she’s gone through is horrible.

But let’s see this from Paul’s perspective.

He finds out the woman he’s just married has potentially killed 3 other men before him (all her husbands to make it better!). Obviously this would send anyone into a spiral. Then he uncovers secret after secret finding out she’s kept countless amounts of things from him. Now, on the other hand i understand why she kept them. She had no choice but to keep those secrets for her own sake. But i understand his confusion, anger and isolation when he finds out. And then she lied to him about being pregnant. That is just fucked. He believed he’d become a father and she knew that’s what it would take for him to stay. That’s just a horrible thing. And his position for mayor was on the line through it all, that would ruin his life.

So while i understand Georgia and love her. I get Paul too. I get his anger and frustration. I get why he felt like he had to get away from Georgia. I think the fandom has romanticized Georgia too much, that they forget the realism of Pauls reaction.

And don’t get me started on Zion… but that’s a post for another day.

Am I the asshole for being hurt that my coworkers forgot about my birthday and them brought me a gift from a store I don't even go to! ( Context: I work there for about 3 years and every year they put decorations on the birthday person's desk and give a present that they think they will like , for example, my present the year before was a pair of shoes that I was needing because mine was almost without use. We are also very close and have being to weddings and dinners together) This year they didn't decorate my desk or gave my a considerate present, and most of them just told me happy birthday after they saw the email from communication, like they had forgotten about the date even through the birthdays of the month stay in the cafeteria of the office.
