The Kilbourne (inspired by a 1923 Sears home) is a house I built for Bob and Eliza Pancakes; I still haven’t finished decorating their version of it, but I did a quick furnishing of this version so that I could get it uploaded (someone very politely asked me to share it after I posted WIP pics). So the interior is nothing fancy, but if you wanted to just jump in and play, you’d at least have all of the basics.

There is some required CC for the exterior of the house; make sure you download it from the links below! I also used a foundation from Outdoor Retreat and a few objects from Perfect Patio Stuff, so be prepared to replace a few things if you don’t have those packs.

A note about the required blinds by The Numbers Woman - I used these in the upper stories to block the view of the roof interior (you could see more cedar siding, and it just looked ugly) because they were the perfect size. If you don’t care about seeing the roof interior through the windows, you don’t need to download those blinds.

Lot location: “Pique Hearth” in Willow Creek

Cost: §95,447

Make sure the “moveobjects on” cheat is turned off before placing lot

I recommend placing this lot in Build Mode due to a few resized and MOO'ed objects

To install, download the RAR file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 6 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.

If you can’t see the lot in your Library, make sure to check “Include Custom Content” under “Advanced” options in the Gallery

Introduction The Sims 4 is a great game, but there are a lot of things missing from previous games. Something I really missed from TS2 and TS3 was the ability for my Sims to own and drive cars to community lots. My Sims kept getting jealous seeing all those decorative cars driving by their house every day, and so I decided to bring drivable cars back to the game so my Sims could hit the road too. Now with this mod, your Sims can own and drive the very same cars that they see on the road every day. They don't have to be jealous anymore!

I think my little taxi recolor is going to be getting an upgrade. Will be testing this mod out in my game tomorrow.

Come On! Some of you are clowning out here. I don’t usually tap into the negativity section of the community. But THIS my friends is getting out of hand. I’m hearing all too much about disrespectful simmers bullying, attacking, and flat out STEALING other people’s stuff. STOP. PERIOD. It’s not necessary. And shout outs to unobservantsims & jorgha-haq for having the balls to stand up. If you don’t stand for SOMETHING, you’ll fall for ANYTHING.

You’d feel real shitty if the creator you admire so much to flat out “take” from, disappears and your butt won’t have anything left to steal! If you want a mesh that bad, create it for yourself or ASK. Seriously.

It pains me to see someone work so hard on something to get blatantly disrespected like this. Meshing is NO JOKE! Creating PERIOD isn’t a joke. A creator whom I admire much yosimsima is being attacked left and right from anons. Folks, let me just say that she is the one who allowed me to bring you the toddler toys: Wagon, basketball hoop, tricycle. Yes all these goodies she is willing to share and let be converted to S4. So why on earth would you steal when all you have to do is ask? It’s THAT simple.

I don’t care if it’s S3. It’s sad, and it needs to STOP. Please show your support, She’s already slowed down creating, I have a feeling she’ll be another legend leaving us. =*( from the nonsense.

SIR MIXALOT DOES BAKING

Let’s be honest, we’re all busy people and our Sims are pretty busy too. We don’t always have time to make things from scratch, and that is where Box Mixes come in handy. Thank goodness for Dunkin Dimes and Auntie Ajoya Cake Mixes.

This food clutter set includes 6 Cake Mix boxes (Bundt, Devil’s Food, Yellow Honey, Brownies, No Bake Cheesecake, and Auntie Ajoya Pancake Mix). My Sims were cruelly lacking of stompboxes and amps, so I had to remake the ones I made for Sims 3 some time ago. As they were also lacking of eletric guitars, I converted the Outdoor Living Sims 3 ones, but it still sounds like an accoustic, sadly. Anyway, I hope you’ll enjoy the update! Rock on!

The SIMWAY Franchise Kit

Ordinarily I wouldn’t post a custom CC set until after my build tour, but seeing as I hit 1,000 follower last night I figured this warrants an exception.

This set includes all the custom content I created for my first Newcrest retail build; The Simway Sub Shop, The set also includes the awesome Simway Sign that Dominationkid was kind enough to make for me especially for this build.

This whole thing started when I saw AroundtheSim4′s sandwich in her bakery set. You’re definitely going to want to pick that up too (I use it quite a bit in this build). The Franchise kit includes everything you see here, plus a few odds and ends I added from some of my other sets.

You can find the actual Simway building in my Sims4 gallery. Just hit the “include custom content” toggle and use the hashtags #retail #simway or #simdoughnut. I’ve uploaded Jerrod Fogey the official Simway spokeman as well. You can expect a full build tour with plenty of pictures and an additional cc list tomorrow.

I realized as I was playing last night that I have another neighborhood completely DONE! Every lot has been built, decorated, and inhabited. Woo!

However (heh), I might move the Little Colonial Revival (where Kylie Gilbert, Goopy Gilscarbo, and some others live) to the Magnolia Promenade area once GTW comes out. I love what notplumbobswithapassion did with that house, and it occurred to me they’d make good almost-rowhouses (maybe putting 2-3 side by side on the same lot). I think it would look better in a “downtown”-ish neighborhood with some shops nearby than it does here.
