Black men corseted waistcoat with red busk, red grommets, red topstitching and red lining! Simple and sleek design, but with contrasting details. I think this might be my favorite out of the waistcoats I've made so far, I'm so happy about how it turned out! 🖤 (Even if I had a hard time taking decent photos of it on that way-too-small female form!) #throwback to the first corset I ever made! It was two years ago, and while it wasn't perfect, I still remember vividly how happy and proud it made me. It was more than just a garment to me, it was finally finding my true vocation after being in a really dark place for several years. This old photo reminds me of how much I love my job, and how thankful I am for living my passion.
