Concern for Stan
So, we're all concerned for Stan (and everyone else at this point, but let's talk about Stan) because of the images of burning and whatnot that indicate he might die. I noticed something even more concrete and worrying in regards to Grunkle Stan's wellbeing. When Gideon originally makes his deal with Bill Cipher, he says he wants revenge on Stanford Pines, and Bill of course thinks about this and knows that Stanford is in another dimension, but when he realizes what Gideon means, when he stops and decides to go along with it, the image showing on Bill as he thinks is an image of the same symbol that was branded into Grunkle Stan's shoulder the night Ford got pushed into the portal. Grunkle Stan has literally been branded by Bill, and Bill knows it. (I know someone else has probably pointed this out, I just haven't seen it. I'll try to get pictures to go with this soon."
