I really apologize for all the 'nothing' posts you guys!! I'm trying to get back into posting actual art on this account but being real I'm kind of grasping at straws for ideas. As for all the gt questions/asks I hope no one was scared away by them
Especially in the latest post this is supposed to be a sfw blog -but at the same time as someone in this community, (and since it's a small one, each individual person makes a much greater impact on this little 'fandom' of ours) I try to be as inclusive and open minded as possible. If someone comes to me about a question for the community, it's not like I'm here to speak for everyone but I also want to do my part to make this community more open and maybe clear up some questions along the way, so please forgive me for taking so long to actually come back to this account, I truly appreciate your patience and support, so thank you!!
Can someone explain the difference between g/t and a flat out macro fetish? I'm not trying to sound rude but I don't see that much of a difference outside of the giants actually acting mentally stable instead of going on rampages and kill 1000s for kicks.

Yo! G/t is just generally liking the trope of major size differences without it being fetish-y, the difference is really that its just not seen in a sexual manner yk? It's kind of hard to explain, but that's basically all there is to it. People find the g/t trope cute, comforting, angsty, a good plot point, etc etc. If we boil the trope down to face value, there isn't anything inherently sexual about it, leaving any connections to g/t and r34 purely up to intent. g/t was intended to feature the size difference trope while separating it from its more NSFW counterpart, to create a safe space for people who just enjoy it casually! I know that wasn't much of a straight answer but I hope that kinda helped!! I also appreciate the time you took to learn about g/t so thank you for asking instead of assuming :)

This is a blog for making polls about giant/tiny size headcanons about characters from all kinds of different media, run by me, the one-and-only @tiny-brain. Yeah, you've probably (never) heard of me. I (don't) get around.
Each poll will be about a different character from a different piece of media, determining whether they should shrink, grow, or if they'd work better as a full-on sizeshifter!
I'm going to try to make this a daily thing, but don't be surprised if I disappear or forget to post some days. Basically just check back whenever and see if there's a new poll or not. I'll try not to keep you all waiting too long if I do go missing.
There's also a chance I'll hand this blog off to someone else in the future, cause while I obviously wanna stick around for as long as I can, I DO NOT want to be doing this forever. I might be willing to come back on occasion though, so who knows?

Your OCs are wonderful and I love them all, but chances are they're already big and/or small, if you're the kind of people I think you are (cause who else would follow a blog like this?). Suggesting them for this poll would be kind of redundant, wouldn't it? If you want to submit an OC that's not already size-related though, that's fair game, just be sure to provide me with art/images of them to use in the poll header.
Please make sure to be kind and considerate to others! This isn't a competition, so if more people vote for a character to be a different size than what you thought they should be, don't be a jerk about it. We've all got our own headcanons, and if you want Reigan to be a smol little guy in your AU fanfic, nobody's stopping ya. In fact, tell people about it! I'm sure they'll love your ideas, even if they chose to vote differently.

While I personally don't enjoy or engage in vore/safe-vore, I respect that people who enjoy safe vore are a valid part of the g/t community. It personally makes me uncomfortable but that is why I simply choose to not engage, I do not condone calling people freaks or any other sort of name because of that, although I appreciate the ask, let's just keep in mind to stay respectful of others, thanks!
Please also notice I'm talking about safe vore. sexual vore has no place in the g/t community, although we should still keep in mind to be respectful towards eachother

“I dunno… I’m just saying Caine shouldn’t have let Pomni pick the adventure. Where’s the excitement? I’m already getting bored looking for her.”
“But it’s only been ten minutes.”
“And? You think I have the attention span for that?”
I could hear the others looking for me. It sounded like they were all traveling in a group, so at least it would be easier to avoid them than if they had split up. Either way, I wasn’t looking forward to any of them finding me.
“Caine did say she would be somewhere unexpected. Maybe if we split up we’ll have an easier time finding her.”
A wave of panic came over me at Ragatha’s suggestion. I knew one of them would have to find me eventually, but there was a part of me that was hoping they never would, and Caine would just call the whole thing off and change me back. But realistically, this game could go on forever.
Maybe it would be better off to let someone find me and get it over with.
Of course, that raised the question of which person would be the safest option. On the off chance that Caine didn’t come back right away, I could be stuck with that person for a while.
Definitely not Jax.
Out of everyone else, Ragatha was the one I talked to the most, but I still felt so awkward and guilty around her. Being even more vulnerable with her would just make me feel worse.
My best bet had to be Gangle. She seemed harmless enough, and with her having ribbons for hands, I doubted she would be able to easily pick me up. I’d just let her find me and hope for the best.
That was the plan at least, but nothing ever works out the way you want it to.
I was about to go plant myself somewhere for Gangle to find me, when suddenly, a tall shadow fell over me.
“Oh! Everyone, I found an insect!”
Guess I was going with Kinger.
“That’s great, Kinger. Though, last time I checked, I’m pretty sure Pomni’s not an insect, so I don’t think that’s relevant to what we’re doing here.”
Ragatha sighed. “Leave him alone, Jax. And you never know, it could be a clue. Kinger, come show us what you found!”
Before I could even try to run, Kinger’s hands clamped around me and lifted me up.
“Gotcha!”
I was completely enclosed by his hands, and my claustrophobia was out in full force. I wanted to try and squirm out, but I knew he would probably drop me if I did that, so I just curled in on myself instead.
He opened his hands, and I was met with the sight of the other circus members, all gathered around to look at me. Realization hit them all one-by-one, but Ragatha was the first to notice.
“Pomni?!”
Kinger let out a startled shout and unintentionally tossed me in the air, but quickly caught me afterward.
“Ah! Sorry, sorry, just got a little surprised there!”
I struggled to catch my breath as everyone looked at me. I didn’t want to imagine how pathetic I looked in that moment. Somehow, this was playing out even worse than I expected.
“Well, I take back what I said earlier about this adventure being boring. Heh, and just when I thought you couldn’t get any shorter.”
Ragatha glared at Jax as she moved closer, and I slowly inched myself back, trying to create a distance between us. Though, there wasn’t much I could do with Kinger still holding me.
“Hey, don’t worry. Now that we’ve found you, Caine should be here any second to change you back to normal.”
As if he had just been summoned, Caine appeared behind everyone else.
“Congratulations, my superstars! You’ve completed another adventure! Wow, and in record time, too, haha, that was fast. Is there anything you all want to do for the rest of the day? Another adventure? Activities? Mini games? Spontaneous musical numbers?”
I raised my arm, waving it back and forth to get his attention. He noticed right away and flew right over, once again taking up way too much of my personal space.
“Uh… before we do anything else, can I go back to my regular size?”
Caine chuckled, then flew backward with a dramatic flair.
“Of course!”
He snapped his fingers, but nothing happened. He snapped them again, nothing happened. He started rapidly snapping at a rate that no human could ever achieve… but nothing happened.
“That’s odd… but don’t you worry, Pomni! I’ll get to the bottom of this! Until then, you’re all free to spend the day however you’d like! Just reach out to me if you need anything!”
Just as I had come to expect at this point, he disappeared before any of us could ask any further questions. Not that I could’ve formed a coherent sentence. My mind went numb the moment I realized I wasn’t going to change back.
Not only was I set to be trapped in this digital world forever, but I was doomed to be tiny and even more terrified of everything while I’m trapped here.
It just kept getting worse… I couldn’t keep this up much longer…
My vision started to blur and slowly fade to black as I heard the voices of the others incoherently talk over each other. It sounded like they were worried, but I couldn’t process any of it. My mind was done, and I passed out.
Me trying to find a good start to explain the story I've been writing for the past five years that mostly consists of G/t and is neither only focused on just one person, but on multiple who aren't even necessarily on one planet, having rich lore that goes back since the creation of time in the story, trying to figure out how to explain it to a friend like:

So, my preferred height is 2 inches, but I can’t help but notice that most people opt for 3 or 4 inches. And while I definitely want to be tiny, being shorter than other tinies just seems like something I’d get angry over, like someone who gets angry about being short irl. Which would also kinda be funny, ngl.
At least I can still make fun of 1-inchers. HAHA u short, you like half my size lol. Take that!
And then imagine just a full-on argument over height between multiple tinies of various sizes, and overhead is just a giant who doesn’t quite understand what’s going on.

I’ve also kinda wanted to draw a height comparison between me and various other people’s tiny personas and at least one human sized persona. Hit me up if you want to be on that list, I guess, to anyone interested.
Ok, that’s one down. Anyone else want to join in? Just reblog with an image of your sona or whatever OC you want me to add to the lineup so I can have it as reference. Soon we’ll have a tiny-huge army of blorbos at our command. The square cube law doesn’t stand a chance.
Honestly I go with 3 inches usually but funny enough I will go smaller to be smaller than other tinies. Odd preference, but I just like being the smallest lol
Edit: oh, yeah, you can tell me whether you want to be tiny or human-sized (or maybe even giant-sized, though I don’t know we’ll go that far). It’s all up to your personal preference!
Here's my combination of Slime/Tiny oc, Staria, measuring in at about an inch tall when fully stood up (usually isn't and always appears to be somewhat off in scale except for the legs, which she has made rayher dense to prevent her from just becoming a mould on a surface.)
They kinda recklessly dumb but chill.
And yes, she stole her clothing from dolls and "accidentally" put sharpie marks on her cheeks.
This is where the sizeshifter in me comes handy!! ALSO YEAH FOR THAT FIRST THING LIKE IM LITERALLY SO SHORT IRL 😭 ID GET MAD TOO TBH LMAOO as for my ideal smol height, I'd say something like 2.5 inches or sum! Lol
