Sorry to do this on a Saturday morning but I just think there was One Night back in college when they were a mysterious mixture of crossfaded leading to Leno and Gabe taking turns with Will all night and it was probably the best night of Will's life, actually, except in the morning Leno had left and Gabe couldn't look him in the eye for a week.

Its why when he met Mack and started having Feelings™️ he very much decided he'd never do anything like that before because losing Leno hurt, but he's pretty sure losing Mack like that might kill him...

So, they're all relaxed and fuzzy and in Gabe's room and maybe Gabe starts touching Will, and Leno is watching, so Gabe is showing Leno that its okay, see, you can touch, nothing bad will happen, and Will is so obviously into it.
