"first" workout back!
Oh Myyyyyyyy. I just had the toughest workout...ever! My arms were shaking after and I am already feeling it. Time to pump up the protein.
Favourite part about working out =sweating!
Stupid rain
Okay so I loveeee the rain! Smells great, looks great but I absolutely hate it when it's on my soccer days. My last 3 games have been cancelled cause of the rain and tonight probably will be too!! :( I wanted exercise :(
I love biking
My ankle is all better now. two bike rides in two days...probably both were around 12km. so not too bad. Now i am super tired and exhausted and kind of cranky lol.

My poor ankle!
I have been MIA from this for a little while as about a week ago I sprained my ankle. It was all puffy and swollen and i couldn't walk on it. It was horrible!!! My eating has been alot better tho since as I knew I wouldn't be able to exercise. So now it's just up to me to slowly get back into exercising when my ankle is better :)

Meeting a friend for a booster juice...yum!
Hopefully going to bike tonight! Played some soccer yesterday :)

well it's always been my love...I LOVE biking!! The feeling of wind against my face as I ride... just so care free too! i would bike all day if i could... now to have to deal with a sore bum :(

sucks to feel left out when others in your family are going to work out but don't invite you.
