Have you ever noticed that the people who start crying about how “We’re equaaaal! We are human beeeiiiings and you are being just as bad as the people you say oppress you!” also happen to be the very same people who go “if you’re not nice to us we won’t give you your rights.”

They are perfectly aware that there is an imbalance of power and justice in their favor, and they like it.

I really agree completely with the first sentiment, but I DONT think the majority of people with the privilege are aware (especially when there's intersection). I think that's the point and the problem / a root of why the system is perpetuated. There's a really heavy ignorance factor and it doesn't always come from a place lacking in good intentions but pure blatant ignorance and the work of ego...
