Chronic illness where every doctor just puts a bandaid on every symptom but I still need to sleep 12 hours a day to function even a little. 4 different migraine medications but I still get multiple migraines weekly. My labs look fine but I still get dizzy and can't exercise so i continue to gain weight despite not changing my diet. It's 100 degrees every day and the heat makes me even sicker so i can't do my one outdoor hobby. A long distance relationship where they finally decide they're ready to marry me, but i haven't found a new job in time to move. And the current job I've been stuck in is with a supervisor that's making my life miserable and is trying to get me fired. So I could stay in the miserable job and put off moving yet again or I can quit and move and risk being unemployed for months at a time. But at least we can get married for health insurance because that's what it might come down to. It's all too much and I just want to sleep through everything
