South African Cuisine:
1. Mokgodu - Sheep/Cow intestines now it may sound scary and really strange to eat but believe it or not this acquired taste can be your next favourite meal - usually served during special occasions such as weddings, funerals, or any type of family gathering
2. Biltong - It’s almost like beef jerky but better! You can get it in all sorts of flavours and different types of meat from Ostrich to Cow flavoured in various spices and for those hot food lovers like me chilli flavour is the best!
3. Bunny Chow: This meal which is very popular amongst the local indians and blacks. 80% of it is of course a quarter of a loaf of bread with a touch and a hint here of curry chicken in the centre. It’s really fun picking out parts of the bread and dipping it into the gravy! Like all things unhealthy that are bad for you it tastes too good to ignore.
4. Braai: Also known as as a barbecue worldwide. If you ever need a simple fun way to bring together friends and family on a hot summers day - a braai is perfect for those meat lovers!
5. Beer - And just to put the cherry on top every braai needs beer for those mates and chinas.
6. Magwinya - Some people prefer doughnuts and some prefer scones but nothing comes close to having magwinyas for breakfast! Great with sugar, butter, jam or enjoy it plain!
7. Koeksisters : For those who have a sweet-tooth these dough based treats glazed in icing sugar are something to reward yourself with every now and then - even during diet periods koeksisters are the exception to the rule!
“lol is everything offensive these days?”
laptop overheating?? pour water on it to cool it down!
i trusted you
Do not trust people like me. I will take you to museums, and parks, and monuments, and kiss you in every beautiful place, so that you can never go back to them without tasting me like blood in your mouth. I will destroy you in the most beautiful way possible. And when I leave you will finally understand, why storms are named after people

Languages of South Africa
Believe it or not, South Africa actually has 11 official languages!
English was brought by the British colonists
Afrikaans developed among the Dutch farmers (it is a descendant of the Dutch language; they are mutually intelligible for the most part)
Zulu, Xhosa, Northern Sotho, Southern Sotho, Southern Ndebele, Venda, Tswana, Swazi, and Tsonga are spoken by the native Africans of the continent, who make up the majority of the population.
This photo shows the name of the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg written in all 11 official languages:
You may think this is obnoxious or unnecessary, especially if you’re from a country that only has one official language, however it really just shows the cultural diversity of the nation, and I think that’s great!
