Me, in my head: the last time i was “mindful” i got yelled at even though i was doing the right thing. So no. I wont be mindful if it means being yelled at for the wrong reason.

Why i dont say the shit that goes on in my head is bc guilt will fill my head up to the brim. Ive had it with them and their impulsive attitudes. Like its not my fault you cant do things yourself while you scold me every now and then for the littlest shit.
