Hello! So I'm a 25 year old graduate student using tumblr as an outlet for my obsessive likes (thus why my username used to be closetesupernerd!). I'm likely to blog about Glee, Nikita, Buffy, Marvel stuff like X-Men or anything linked to the Avengers, or Harry Potter, but as Glee and Captain America are the only current ones of my interests, there might be a lot of it. Especially Blam and Blaine! Very occasionally I'll write fanfiction which you can find here or under the AO3 username Nacomah.

Seeing Hedwig at the end of the month. About time I came to terms with the fact that none of my friends live in NYC with me so I’m just going to go out and enjoy the things I want to enjoy solo if need be. Anyway super excited now.

Somewhere in the middle of all of this, dropped in like a music video without explanation or exposition, Rachel sings “This Time,” a song written for the finale by Darren Criss. It’s not an overstatement to call this the perfect song for Rachel, for this moment, and for Glee. It works on pretty much every level it needs to: as a song from Rachel to her childhood and her friends, for Glee to its fans, and for its fans right back to Glee. Lea Michele nails it, and the line “I never stopped believing in the words we sung” is enough to make even the staunchest Glee fan ugly cry. Keep an eye on this Darren Criss kid; I think he’s going places.
