i've been feeling so shitty lately.. feel like i've barely gotten any sleep in the past week bc i'm stressed about school/my relationship and as a result i feel so emotionally and physically tired. plus i've been eating like complete shit and haven't gone to the gym this week so my self esteem feels like it went down 91938382% i feel awful about myself wow :-(.. but i'm gonna attempt to get myself back on track tomorrow bc i felt like I was doing so well and was feeling great not 2 long ago :-/
