Things that help me with my weight loss journey
- Eating during the afternoon or early evening. So by the time I start my fast I'm already full for at least 5+ hours.
- Reframing my thoughts strategically eg. "I feel thirsty", instead of "I feel hungry" or if I do feel hungry I think "I feel peckish,not starving"
- Gaslighting myself into thinking I've been r3stricting all my life. Like yes I've totally been eating under 1000c for the past 5 years. This is normal for me.
- Focusing on all the small bits of progress I've made,like how my clothes feel looser or my waist/thighs look slightly smaller.
- sleeping earlier. I'm always too tired to binge.
-OMAD's.(one meal a day) I eat half of my meal and save the rest for later to trick my brain into thinking I'm eating two meals.
-not neglecting my health or hygiene. If you're r3stricting, it's always important to take your vitamins and supplements and get a little sunshine every now and then. Stay hydrated and never forget about your oral health especially if you Purg3 alot.
- walking/pilates/yoga/strength training>>> Cardio,HIIT. Not only do those exercises tire me out more but they also make me hungrier. Plus I don't like sweating alot.
- chugging water like there's no tomorrow
- This one's kinda silly, but sometimes I imagine I'm a secret spy and I'm training for a special mission so I need to get into shape. (It's cringe but it works) 😭
- I do not need fatspo I am my own fatspo.
- Being kind to myself and telling myself I'm doing this for my own good. Bc I am! not only will being skinny make me look good but it'll make me healthier!!!
- studying nutrition! When you r3strict you can't be eating just junk food.
- Having patience. It's a marathon not a race.

how i stopped being a loser and manifested my dream life
let me be real with you. for the longest time, i was a loser. stuck in my own head, broke, lost, and playing small. begging the universe for scraps, hoping things would magically get better. pitiful, right?
then one day, i got sick of it. sick of feeling sorry for myself. i decided enough was enough.
i dropped the pathetic victim act, i went to bed at midnight, lay in a comfortable position and told myself to stop fucking around. i said, "i am in the void state." i repeated the affirmation until i couldn't see or hear anything then i said, "i have everything from my void list"
here’s what i manifested once i quit being a loser and started living like a queen:

☆a career where i’m the boss, respected, feared, and paid what i’m worth.
☆a partner who’s loyal, confident, and shows up fully. no games, no drama.
☆a car that commands attention sleek, black, and unapologetically expensive.
☆friendships that actually build me up instead of tearing me down.
☆a daily peace that’s cold and steady. unbreakable and real.
the void state wasn’t a fairy tale. it was my battlefield — and i won.
