When I made this design I thought about what I’ve been going through lately and what God’s been telling me. All I could think of was the words “breath slow” from the song Focus by CASS . I’ve been getting myself worked up by all kinds of things lately, so I have had to remind myself to breathe slow a lot. Sometimes that’s the best thing we can do; when we’re stuck in overthinking and our thoughts race ahead onto the worst things that could possibly happen. When we work ourselves tired trying to think work things out by ourselves. Sometimes we just gotta stop and breathe slow.
