Hi E! Always good to hear from you, even though I’m terribly inactive lately. Star Wars has been put a bit on the shelf, and currently my mind mostly revolve around Work, The Pitt, Work, Mass Effect, moving, and Skyrim, none of which I really post about here. But, today I did finally pick up my stylus and did some portrait studies. Only The Pitt characters though. First one is Dr. Mohan! A lil blurry because did three on the same canvas. We’ll see if I manage to work on some of my WIPs next week - I’ve taken all next week off from work to rest up from a very intense winter. Like a mini sabbatical, but with much less drama than Robby in the Pitt. Hoping I’ll get more energy and inspiration to work on my creative projects soon. Thanks for checking in!

truly some people have no genre savviness whatsoever. A girl came back from the dead the other day and fresh out of the grave she laughed and laughed and lay down on the grass nearby to watch the sky, dirt still under her nails. I asked her if she’s sad about anything and she asked me why she should be. I asked her if she’s perhaps worried she’s a shadow of who she used to be and she said that if she is a shadow she is a joyous one, and anyway whoever she was she is her, now, and that’s enough. I inquired about revenge, about unfinished business, about what had filled her with the incessant need to claw her way out from beneath but she just said she’s here to live. I told her about ghosts, about zombies, tried to explain to her how her options lie between horror and tragedy but she just said if those are the stories meant for her then she’ll make another one. I said “isn’t it terribly lonely how in your triumph over death nobody was here to greet you?” and she just looked at me funny and said “what do you mean? The whole world was here, waiting”. Some people, I tell you.

When I heard something with Boba Fett with his Rancor, I first thought alright I’ll draw him majestically riding it. But then I saw a photo of a boy cuddling his cow, and I did some rethinking.

Not what most of my followers are following me for, but I did draw my OC in this fic - Celebriel Métimiel. Daughter of Celebrimbor and the bearer of very long hair.

Having a job can absolutely sap one's time and strength to do writing and art. (Which is happening to me)

I was going to reply and the post another sketch, but alas, this time I don’t even have time for that.

Having a job can definitely do that!

Other than that, I’m well. Since October I’ve been writing more than drawing, which has also caused me to be less active here. In November I’ve been sick twice and broke a rib, and December is one of the busiest months both at work and at home.

I miss the community here but hope to be back in business soon!

The continuous life as a Dad Clone

When I started the sketch it wasn’t going to be related to any of the earlier Clone Revolution AU artworks, but then when I finished it and looked at it, I realised that no, these are the same clones as the first picture in this one. He’s a Dad Dad. I don’t know his or the kids’ name, but I’m pretty sure he’s going to tattoo those doodles on his skin. He’s also very tired.

HI! Love hearing from you! I am doing alright. I haven’t been very inspired to be creative lately. No worries, however! Its going to return as soon as my work slows down IRL - its been an intense period now. Hopefully I'll get some free time soon to sit down and work on my projects.

Just a lil slice of life sketch showing Jedi master Eeth Koth reading for some younglings in the crèche. In my very loose the-clone-wars-ended-before-it-started-AU master Koth was still forced to step down from the council, but found his new purpose as a crèche master. Maybe he even left the order eventually, after realizing he did in fact want children of his own. As inspired from the fact that he did have a child in the comics.
