Been a busy month with a lot of things going on and it's gonna be slow pickings until around this time next month as well, so my replies will still be slow but I'll try to pick them up where I can.

Taking a flight out for work this weekend and be back in a week. Then a bunch of prep for a wedding next month.

The aeon paused, her hands mid movement as she worked on the paperwork. Things the so-called IPC wanted simply for registration. Sunlight gold hues watched her newest "child" as he stood before her.

Less defiant and more vulnerable in this moment of honesty, in this moment where he asked for connection.

The name she gave was of a dreamer, a girl who wished for the stars and fought fate. She spent her whole life in love with the sky and died like Icarus, falling down in a blaze. A fitting fate for someone who wanted to be "greedy" and long for the sky's many would say.

But she would never tell her child of that fate that befell the girl. Not when what was important was the fact that she never stopped fighting.

Cecilia knows he wouldn't ever stop fighting, and she hoped that the name would bring him lucky.

That the identity he wished to write and make for himself burned away any fears he could feel, any lingering doubt of who he was.

Her smile is that of someone who was letting you in a secret and she hoped he understood what she was saying, that he would understand that no matter what path he may walk or who he may have been he was her child first before anything else.

Acheron glanced up as the Trailblazer approached, her expression steady as always. “You’ve found your way here too.” Acheron said, voice even, carrying no surprise. “Every planet you step on feels like another trial, doesn’t it?” She shifted her sword slightly, the rain sliding down its sheath, then looked back toward the horizon. “I didn’t expect this place to suit you, but I suppose you go where the stars push you.”

There was a smirk on the Trailblazer's smile running into the powerful figure that get lost and find their way into his mind with memories of their strength and relative nonchalance. But something about the words they chose to greet him with resonated in a way that fizzled the vibe he was intending to carry into this reconvention.

"At least, for me. Trial or no, I see it as another opportunity to sharpen my blade. Or hone my swing, but I think you get it."

"How about you, though," Marquez retorted, not minding the rain one bit. "I know you're more of a drifter than a nomad especially, so what in the IX has you facing me, now?"

On top of the mannequins, she could conserve the stamina from wearing herself out with some simple spacial awareness. And Cerydra... is her size manipulation really only limited to chess pieces or is it just based on her perspective on authority? Make an open mind and she could be using that for any number of items."
